(NASDAQ:OPGN) announces that it has received notification from Nasdaq that the minimum bid price deficiency of the Company’s stock has been cured, and it will continue to be listed and traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market. In addition, the Company has been informed that it is in compliance with all applicable listing standards of The Nasdaq Capital Market and that therefore its hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which had been scheduled for February 8th, has been cancelled.
