‘One Piece’ chapter 984 release date, spoilers: Momonosuke transforms into a dragon just before Orochi executes him?

The battle in Onigashima is slowly unfolding and every important character fights to accomplish. Momonosuke has to be the one in the worst situation at this point in the story. However, this also presents a great opportunity for him to redeem himself in “One Piece” chapter 984.

A couple of Beasts Pirates ships attacked the Nine Red Scabbards when Kanjuro revealed himself to be the traitor. Luckily, the Worst Generation crews appeared to save their allies. Unfortunately, Kanjuro found a chance to kidnap Momonosuke in the middle of the chaos. The Kozuki heir pleaded that Kin’emon and the others focus on attacking Onigashima and he would find his own way to escape.

So far, Momonosuke has not fulfilled that task yet. Kanjuro has since presented him to Orochi and Momonosuke is now being crucified before being executed. “One Piece” chapter 984 predictions are rife that Oden’s son might fulfill his promise of saving himself, and one way fans can see that happening is for him to turn into his dragon form.

It can be recalled that Momonosuke ate Vegapunks’s artificial Zoan-type Devil Fruit. The latter had apparently been waiting for the Straw Hats captain, and this opens plenty of unanswered questions such as why Kaido’s son is going against his father’s will.

Fans will have to wait a little longer for “One Piece” chapter 984 because the manga is going on another brief hiatus again. The next chapter will not be released until Sunday, July 5, or essentially early Monday, July 6 in other regions through Shonen Jump and Manga Plus websites.
