“One Piece” chapter 958 is where the Wano arc’s Act 3 officially begins. However, the leaked spoilers ahead of the official release indicate that Luffy and his 4,000-strong alliance will be immediately facing danger.
‘One Piece’ chapter 958 spoilers: What happens to Luffy and his allies
The official copy of “One Piece” chapter 958 will be out in a few days, and that means spoilers from raw scans have just been leaked online. Act 3’s opening chapter is titled “Promised Port” that appears to be a reference to the converging point of the Straw Hats and their allies as they prepare to attack Kaido in Onigashima.
Some forces of the alliance led by Momonosuke is stationed in Udon. They are expecting to meet Luffy and others in “One Piece” chapter 958 at the designated port, but Momonosuke finds the port empty. Furthermore, Oden’s son will spot some signs that an attack has just taken place where Luffy and the alliance should be standing.
To recap, Act 2 of Wano arc ended by showing that Luffy and his alliance managed to gather a total of 4,000 men who will fight to overthrow Kaido and Orochi. However, there were several indications during their final preparations that make the incoming tragedy in “One Piece” chapter 958 not much of a surprise.
It was confirmed before Act 3 that there is a traitor within the alliance that fed Orochi all the plans in the attack on Kaido in Onigashima. Additionally, it remains unclear if Luffy and the others already know that Big Mom and Kaido have forged an alliance. But these are the possible causes of the tragedy to be revealed in “One Piece” chapter 958.
‘One Piece’ chapter 958 release date, future plot
“One Piece” chapter 958 will be released without hiatus on Sunday, Oct. 6. However, the leaked information also indicates that there will be a one-week break after the opening of Act 3.
Overall, it would have been wrong to assume that Luffy and his allies will be successful against Kaido and Big Mom right on their first attempt in “One Piece” chapter 958. The chapters between Act 2’s end and Act 3’s start also revealed more plot questions, including the unknown mystery within Wano as well as the suggestion that Sabo has met his demise. It should also be noted that the manga has yet to provide an update on the whereabouts of Jinbe.
