“One Piece” Episode 862 will see the Straw Hats being surrounded by Big Mom’s fleet of ships in a seemingly hopeless situation of being trapped between a rock and a hard place. However, hope springs in the form of Jinbei and his pirates coming to their rescue. What’s more, it would seem that Carrot is about to unveil her ultimate form. Would it be enough to defeat Big Mom?
As one of the most powerful pirates in the world, Big Mom has a revered role as a yonko. In “One Piece” Episode 862, viewers are treated to a Carrot who is beyond powerful as she becomes a different person when she transforms. This is courtesy of the full moon with the mink tribe warrior becoming a more powerful version who looks nothing like the Carrot everyone knows.
In “One Piece” Episode 862, the transformed Carrot shows off her power for everyone to see as she demolishes everyone in her way. Considering just how dire the situation of the Straw Hat pirates currently is, as they are surrounded on all sides, this is just the leg up they need to possibly survive. Coming back to the main point, however, it is clear in “One Piece” Episode 862 that the transformed Carrot is extremely powerful. However, even with the increased fighting power on the side of the Straw Hats, defeating Big Mom is simply out of the question. Her strength rivals that of White Beard, Shanks, and Kaido, after all. She isn’t going to be taken out by a strengthened Carrot alone.
This is why a huge part of “One Piece” Episode 862 is also about bringing the wedding cake that Sanji made to Big Mom so that she will finally calm down. The best that the Straw Hats can hope for now is to simply survive.
