Sanji and Pudding’s unexpected reunion might lead to ultimately stopping Big Mom’s hunger pangs. In effect, this might give Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hats crew members to finally reach Sunny and leave the Whole Cake Island in “One Piece” episode 847.
A preview and spoilers are now up for “One Piece” episode 847 and these suggest that reuniting Sanji and Pudding will end up on a good note. The upcoming episode, titled “A Coincidental Reunion – Sanji and the Lovestruck Evil Pudding,” will continue showing the Straw Hats struggling to leave Big Mom’s rage.
In the video preview, Luffy, Nami, and their teammates are seen scrambling to run away from the wrath of a hungry Big Mom. At one point in the “One Piece” episode 847 teaser, Pudding and her sister Chiffon Charlotte are seen flying after Sanji and the Straw Hats.
The narration in “One Piece” episode 847’s English-subbed preview says Pudding will show “a new side” of her. Specifically, Pudding is going to “let her girly mind go crazy” and share with Sanji her plan that is said “to work miracles.”
This could be the time in “One Piece” episode 847 where Pudding tells Sanji about her plan of baking the giant perfect chiffon cake that will distract Big Mom. And to do that, they obviously need the help of her sister Chiffon, which might explain why both girls are going after the Straw Hats.
It can be recalled that the over-extended Whole Cake Island arc in the anime series all started when Luffy and the Straw Hats needed to save Sanji. The latter was supposed to marry Pudding, though both of them do not want to be wed.
Pudding and Sanji have never had a smooth-sailing relationship since. Pudding even tried to kill Sanji at one point. However, ComicBook recalls that Pudding developed an infatuation for Sanji after he told her that her third eye is beautiful. This is likely what the preview refers to as Pudding’s other side of personality and “girly mind.”
If Pudding’s plan works, the entire Straw Hats crew could eventually make their way to Sunny and leave Big Mom’s territory. If all these happen, “One Piece” episode 847 could be the installment when the Whole Cake Island arc ends in the anime series. “One Piece” episode 847 airs on July 29.
