OnTrac to Immediately Hire 711 Jobs Company Wide

CHANDLER, Ariz., Oct. 09, 2017 -- OnTrac, a logistics company specializing in contracting small parcel shipping services in the Western United States, is recruiting for over 600 positions throughout the entire company. Due to the influx of packages caused by the growing e-commerce market, OnTrac needs to increase their workforce at all company locations to ensure quick deliveries and safe handling. The workforce at OnTrac has grown by sixteen percent year-over-year from 2015 to 2016, which is a direct reflection of the net annual sales increase of over 18% during the same time period. OnTrac leases over four million square feet total and this past year has opened three new facilities.

OnTrac is looking for a wide variety of roles. Package handler, corporate account manager, operations leadership, administrative assistant, hiring recruiter, and customer service are among some of the full-time and part-time positions that OnTrac is currently hiring for throughout their eight-state service region of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado and Idaho. The majority of available positions are for part-time operational support roles, like package handlers, with full-time growth potential. These positions are available at all OnTrac facilities with a variety of flexible shifts throughout the day and week.

Specifically for part-time employees, OnTrac offers multiple advantages to their employees. One being Teledoc, which is a telehealth company that provides on-demand remote medical care through mobile devices, the internet, and video. Prescriptions are also available via Teledoc.
