BENTONVILLE, Ark., Dec. 06, 2017 -- Glucose Health, Inc. (OTC:GLUC) today announced production of its second TV commercial, now featuring new Glucose Health® Diabetic Friendly Iced Tea Mix. Like the first TV commercial, “Only at Walmart”, the new TV commercial will air as part of a national multimedia campaign. It will also be used to support expansion of the new flavors of Glucose Health® Diabetic-Friendly Iced Tea Mix, into additional retailers. A production team, including camera crew, director and actors, were on location in Los Angeles last week, filming the 30-second spot.
The first Glucose Health® TV commercial, “Only at Walmart”, began rotation March 5, 2017 to Charter Spectrum® subscribers; the second-largest U.S. cable system. Subscribers who tuned into Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, Game Show Network, Lifetime and TV Land responded positively to the drive-to-retail theme of the commercial, with sales of original Glucose Health® Blueberry Tea at Walmart, increasing 18%. The new 30-second spot, which is now in post-production, will also drive traffic into specific distribution channels to support retail partners and sales expansion.
The theme of the new TV commercial is “The Iced Tea That’s Good for You!”. Glucose Health® Diabetic-Friendly Iced Tea Mix is more than just a delicious, sugar-free or diet, iced tea mix – it’s also a potent diabetic nutritional supplement. Glucose Health® is enriched with key micronutrients relevant to persons concerned about diabetes, such as, for example, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Long term use of diabetes prescription medication, Metformin, has been linked in some clinical studies to Vitamin B12 deficiency.
New Glucose Health® Diabetic-Friendly Iced Tea Mix is further enriched with Banaba Leaf, the most compelling of all plant extracts utilized as a traditional remedy for diabetes. For thousands of years, in Ayurvedic medicine, a traditional medical system in India, Banaba Leaf has been indicated for diabetes.
Additionally, every serving of Glucose Health® Diabetic-Friendly Iced Tea Mix includes Fibersol®-2, a unique form of 100% soluble fiber, clinically proven in research published in peer-reviewed medical journals to help block the body’s absorption of dietary sugars (and fats like cholesterol and triglycerides) as well to help moderate rising blood sugar levels, after meals.
Further details concerning the TV advertising campaign, including targeted cable systems and networks, and airing dates, will be announced soon. Consumers can preview new Glucose Health® Diabetic-Friendly Iced Tea Mix at www.tryglucosehealth.com
