More teasers for “NCIS” season 16 episode 7 are out now. However, the connection between Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and a street artist is still a mystery.
The team of naval crime investigators, led by Gibbs (Mark Harmon), will be digging into a case of art theft. Teasers for “NCIS” season 16 episode 7 reveal that a mural created by a street artist and activist will be stolen in the next episode.
Unfortunately, the preview for “NCIS” season 16 episode 7 does not give any hints on Bishop’s link the street artist. But the episode’s official synopsis assures there is a “special connection” between the two characters.
The reason why Navy cops are called in to investigate this art heist is still vague. There is also no indication that the theft was motivated by money. The short preview for “NCIS” season 16 episode 7 shows that the stolen mural is placed along a random-looking street. This makes Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) ask, “Why would anyone steal a wall.”
What is confirmed for “NCIS” season 16 episode 7 is that the stolen street mural will lead to the discovery of a conspiracy involving a Navy contractor. The episode will center on a suspicious deal that endangers “the safety of ocean mammals.”
The mystery further builds up when Torres and McGee (Sean Murray) finds a dead guy painted in the same style used by the mystery street artist. “NCIS” season 16 episode 7 is not the first time the show plays with an art-related case. Previously, an innocent-looking painting helped the team to stop a corporation from mining radioactive uranium at a remote location in Arizona.
As expected, the episode will be incomplete without some absurd, funny input from Torres. The former deep undercover agent is seen complaining about a certain Jessica “jumping [him] all night” in “NCIS” season 16 episode 7.
However, Jessica is a goat's name and Bishop’s friend is a goat yoga instructor. Does this mean Torres is going out with Bishop’s friend? Or do Bishop and Torres have started spending more time together outside of work? Answers will be revealed once “NCIS” season 16 episode 7 is released on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
