No television show being broadcast would be complete without the occasional holiday episode. In “NCIS” season 16 episode 6, it looks like this tradition won't be broken, with Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) in the spotlight.
According to the “NCIS” season 16 episode 6 synopsis, fans will be treated to a Halloween crime scene in the upcoming episode. The summary also mentions the victim to be someone that Torres has worked with before. But fans will note that it is the second part of the summary that looks to bring the Halloween spirit to viewers' homes when it broadcasts soon.
It seems Jimmy will be experiencing some significant spook issues when he encounters moving objects in his laboratory in “NCIS” season 16 episode 6. Fans can expect the show to use this to have a humorous moment in the NCIS forensic lab when the other NCIS team members will claim that Jimmy is only seeing things.
Carter Matt predicts that the supposed haunting will logically be explained by a Ducky Mallard (David McCallum) returning to the forensic lab during moments unseen by the rest of the team. This is a welcome surprise considering that McCallum has recently signed on for fewer episodes in “NCIS” season 16 episode 6 to spend more time with his family. This could also be one of the NCIS team members – such as new cast member Kasie Hines (Diona Reasonover) – simply playing a prank on the impressionable chief medical examiner.
Aside from the spookfest, fans will be glad to know that “NCIS” season 16 episode 6 is helmed by one of the show's own cast members. The synopsis mentions that Leon Vance actor Rocky Carroll will be directing the upcoming episode. This will be the sixth “NCIS” episode that Carroll will be helming from the director's chair.
Fans looking forward to the show's Halloween surprise can catch “NCIS” season 16 episode 6 when it airs on Oct. 30. Hopefully, the upcoming episode will not be as scary as the summary makes it out to be.
