“NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 5 will pick up from the time the NCIS team found themselves on the cartel’s hit list. Shay Mosley's (Nia Long) and her son are also included in it, so all of them are basically in danger. But despite this, Mosley is not yet off the hook as special prosecutor John Rogers (Peter Jacobson) interrogated her for sending the team to Mexico without proper authorization.
“NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 5, titled “Pro Se,” will also tackle the story of Elizabeth Williams (Dendrie Taylor), an informant. She was arrested after the NCIS team was not able to save her after failing to provide an excuse on her behalf.
As shared by Spoilers Guide, “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 5’s synopsis reads: “While assisting NCIS with an undercover operation, informant Elizabeth is arrested and the team is unable to provide her with an alibi. Also, Callen meets with ATF Agent Anna Kolcheck (Bar Paly) who remains on suspension following her last joint case with NCIS.”
It was said that with the presence of Agent Anna, it could be a love-fest episode for G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell). In any case, “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 will also feature a new cast member as Esai Morales will be on the show as Deputy Director Louis Ochoa.
His character is described as trustworthy, brilliant and authoritative. He will somehow serve as the team’s protector as he will be providing tips and advice on how they can go through the prosecutors' interviews without being reprimanded. His appearance is expected to come anytime soon since the NCIS team is already being questioned for their mission in Mexico.
Speaking to Deadline, producer R. Scott Gemmill said, “Following the rescue mission in Mexico from last season’s finale and this season’s premiere, our NCIS: Los Angeles team will face challenging repercussions but they will have a new ally in the Deputy Director.” He added that they are thrilled to have the talented actor in their show.
“NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 5 is set to air on Oct. 28 at 9 p.m. on CBS.
