The upcoming wedding was confirmed back in summer 2018. At the time, executive producer R. Scott Gemmill only promised this relationship milestone is happening after Christmas 2018. But it appears that it will not take place until around spring as “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 16 only features the final phase of wedding planning.
How this ceremony will unfold is still a bit of a secret and that remains the case in “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 16. But Gemmill previously described it to Entertainment Weekly as, “A meme that developed between Kensi and Deeks, where he said she smells like sunshine and gunpowder. Their wedding will be a perfect example of that.”
Fans who are more into the action-packed scenes should not worry because they will get enough of those in “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 16. A case emerges when the team responds to a car crash site where a journalist is killed. Sam (LL Cool J) and Callen (Chris O'Donnell) conclude that it is not an accident. The murder might also lead them to investigate a botched classified military operation.
CBS probably decided to hold off on airing this episode on Sunday to avoid competing with the live telecast of the Academy Awards 2019 on Feb. 24 on ABC. “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 10 episode 16 will then be released on March 3 at 9 p.m. ET.
