“My Hero Academia” chapter 256 is coming soon with more details about Kurogiri. His identity is becoming a mystery as people around him continue to suspect that he is Oboro in a new body. In the previous “Hero Hopeful” story, a flashback showed Shota, Oboro, and Hizashi when they were still high school students and hanging out together.
During one of their internship activities, Oboro unfortunately died, and it happened around the time when they were talking about their plans to set up their own company. Shortly after this, chapter 255 revealed that Oboro died as he was trapped under a collapsing building. Shota remembered that when the three of them were together, they also promised to work and become heroes together.
Why they Shota thinks Kurogiri is Oboro
After learning that Kurogiri has been displaying odd brainwaves, the guards told Gran and Naomasa that Kurogiri is also becoming restless and appearing to be upset. Shota and Hizashi were invited to the investigation, and they saw Kurogiri. The former could not believe what he was seeing and hearing because he acts and even has the same personality as Oboro, and this is why he is convinced that Kurogiri is their friend in highschool.
“My Hero Academia” chapter 256 will center on the fact that Kurogiri gave something to Aizawa and Mic while in the hospital. There could be more scenes in the hospital where Oboro was treated.
Story prediction
It was suggested that “My Hero Academia” chapter 256 will show Kurogiri as a sentiment and a Nomu. Shota will continue to make him remember that he is Oboro by continuing to call him with that name no matter how Kurogiri repeatedly says that he is not their friend. He said that they are mistaken and will emphasize that he is just someone who protects Tomura.
Elsewhere, Dr. Ujiko is happy that his operation on Tomura Shigaraki is going well. Daruma is also cheering on the side so everything will be successful, and he can obtain more power.
Release date
“My Hero Academia” chapter 256 is set to arrive on Jan. 5, 2020. It can be read for free via MangaPlus and Shonen Jump, as per Otakukart.
