“My Hero Academia” Episode 52 is expected to air on July 14 and will feature some major character development points for the heroes [Spoilers Ahead]. In the previous episode of the series, Midoriya was finally allowed to go back to school by his mother, though not without reservation. In episode 52, titled “Create Those Ultimate Moves,” a major focus will be on the students creating brand-new attacks.
“My Hero Academia” Episode 52 will act as something of a break between each action-packed saga of the show, where the heroes can focus on developing their abilities and themselves. In the upcoming episode, the school’s teachers will be helping the students to create ultimate attacks, OtakuArt notes. The episode will also throw in some costume upgrades for good measure.
Although the anime hasn’t caught up to the manga yet, if the series holds true to the structure of the story, this episode should prove to be a crucial point for the many characters of the show. “My Hero Academia” Episode 52 will show limitations to how some major figures perform and will also introduce some new faces to challenge the students.
The creation of new moves is also not being done for kicks as it is intended to do three things: upgrade the young heroes’ abilities, make them more likely to protect themselves, and prepare them for the upcoming Provisional Hero License Exam. As Comicbook.com notes, the synopsis also highlights how Midoriya will need to figure out how to use All for One without breaking his arms every time.
This is where the genius mechanic Hatsume from the inter-school competition arc comes in. Suffice it to say, there will be some innovative tech shenanigans that will occur, which will end up benefiting Midoriya in the end. “My Hero Academia” Episode 52 is also where the new arc officially begins, where the students will be applying for a license to become provisional heroes.
