There are currently a lot of speculations with regards to how Tomura Shigaraki will deal with the monstrous Gigantomachia who appears determined to ruin his league. However, being clever and ruthless, the successor of All-For-One is expected to earn Gigantomachia’s approval. Once done, he might then convince the powerful figure to join the League of Villains in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 221.
As GameNGuides points out, Gigantomachia joining the league will spell huge trouble for the heroes hunting down the group. Locating them via the imposing figure is possible but defeating them would become much more difficult. “My Hero Academia” Chapter 221 will likely provide more details about that.
Basically a secret weapon of the villain All-For-One, Gigantomachia was not used during the final battle between the bad guy and All Might. If he had been there, it would have far more difficult for the hero to achieve victory. By all accounts, it would appear that he is incredibly strong and “My Hero Academia” Chapter 221 will reinforce this point.
Being able to take out the main fighting forces of the league is no mean feat, after all, and this is exactly what he did. In the process, Gigantomachia laments the fact that the one to succeed his master’s mantel is not considered by him to be worthy. The only real chance for Shigaraki to win him over in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 221 is to use his keen mind and speaking skills.
If he is actually able to convince the giant with his words that he is the only one worthy to become the leader of the group, “My Hero Academia” Chapter 221 will be the weird villain’s greatest moment. He needs to exhibit a form of growth that will paint him as a true successor. When the next chapter drops on March 25, he might just do that.
