“My Hero Academia” Chapter 192 could represent some major shifts in the story arc involving the current No. 1 hero Endeavor. [For those who haven’t caught up to the story yet, there are some major spoilers coming up.] As chapter 191 showed, Hawks is working to infiltrate the League of Villains and it seems the encounter with Dabi served to further cement the theory that he is Endeavor’s son.
As Geek Snipper notes, “My Hero Academia” Chapter 192 could put some focus on the outcome of the fight between Noumu and Endeavor, specifically the damage that was wreaked. The flame heroes’ new position as the No. 1 hero will also likely be emphasized, as will Hawks’ supposed desire to dethrone him. As for whether or not the winged pro succeeds remains to be seen.
Chapter 191 did reveal quite a bit of backstory that shows some of the plans that are in the works. The chapter also showed Dabi calling Endeavor by his real name, which suggests a deeper connection between the two. Going by typical Shonen manga tropes, this could either mean that Dabi is related to Endeavor or there is some kind of personal history between the two. “My Hero Academia” Chapter 192 could further illuminate some aspects of this mystery.
There’s also the possibility that Shouto and his siblings might finally start healing the rift that they have with their father in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 192, Otaku Art notes. The last few chapters did see the children expressing concern for Endeavor, with Shouto being particularly affected by his father’s injuries.
Speaking of which, Endeavor’s injuries could also mean his retirement from being a hero. This would be a shame since he has just been recognized as No. 1 after all these years coming up in second place. There’s always a chance that he could recover from the damages he sustained in the fight. However, “My Hero Academia” Chapter 192 could also show another consequence of fighting the League of Villains.
