Being married has not spared Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth from the breakup rumors that get published regularly. Recently, another story came out claiming that their marital issues have taken a toll on the “Malibu” singer’s mental health.
Miley and Liam’s love story started more than a decade ago after they co-starred in the movie adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’s “The Last Song.” Their relationship has also hit some snags over the years, but it ultimately led to their marriage last year.
Miley Cyrus allegedly needs mental rehab because of Liam Hemsworth
Recently, NW (via Gossip Cop) reported through an anonymous source’s claims that Miley is in a bad place and that Liam is purportedly on the verge of giving up on her. The same insider added that Miley’s family have been trying to convince her to seek mental health treatment because they do not understand why the “Black Mirror” star is being “weird” lately.
The same report suggested that Miley could enter a mental health rehab facility for a few weeks and that it would be beneficial to save her marriage with Liam. The couple surprised their millions of fans just after Christmas last year when they confirmed on social media that they got married.
Miley’s camp denies the rumor
While this particular report offers a new angle of divorce rumors hounding Miley and Liam, it is still the same as the countless other stories that got published before it. That similarity is that it got debunked immediately. A representative of the singer told Gossip Cop that NW’s story was “absurd” and ultimately dismiss it.
Meanwhile, a glance over Miley’s social media pages would also confirm that she is not opting for rehab due to a rocky marriage with Liam. The singer has been on concert tours for several weeks now, and online sources indicate that she has more shows scheduled until September.
Miley is also in some of Liam’s latest Instagram photos where the latter just gushes over how talented the singer is and even once using the hashtag #husbandgoals. In June, Miley celebrated their 10th anniversary while taking a jab at people who still believe split rumors about her and Liam through their decade-long relationship.
