On Monday Night, Microsoft revealed that the company will roll out its new Xbox One Experience (NXOE), which is powered by Windows 10, next month, November 12. PCWorld reports that the latest update provide the all-too recognizable look and feel to XBox One and a backwards compatibility for some of its XBox 360 games.
The announcement was made during the launch of “Halo 5: Guardians,” where Microsoft’s Phil Spencer said the rollout would also be the same day the gaming consoles will be able to play over a hundred game titles. The company said it intends to make more old XBox 360 discs and downloads playable in the nearby months.
Endgadget is hopeful that the rollout will not only allow XBox fans to play old titles, but will eliminate the many bugs console owners experience in the past. Prior to the announcement, it has been known that a preview program was made available to some XBoxx One users for beta testing for a few months.
