Michael Schumacher’s attitude when at a racing game was revealed by his former teammate Nico Rosberg. He exposed the F1 legend’s tactics and treatment of his colleagues whenever they have a game and Rosberg described Schumi as “cold.”
Recently, Rosberg invited car racer Daniel Ricciardo as a guest in his Beyond Victory podcast and as they talk about racing and competitions, he mentioned Schumacher. He talked about the 50-year-old champ as he recalled how he learned about his secret to success.
Rosberg stated that Schumi’s amazing accomplishments were the fruit of his determination and “warrior mentality.” He also called Schumi as “Mr.Mind Games” for his unique method and attitude to stay focus and be ahead of the game.
"I had Michael Schumacher as my teammate and this guy for three years is Mr. Mind Games. He doesn't even have to think about it - it just comes naturally to him,” Rosberg said during the podcast. “It's just the way he is and that was a big, big learning curve. The warrior mentality that Michael had was phenomenal and living and breathing it every single day, sometimes too extreme but always trying to get into my head.”
While Rosberg said that he realized later that he learned a lot from being Michael Schumacher’s teammate, during that time, he just felt tortured. He explained that Schumi has a way of making his colleagues suffer and in his case, the F1 champ tried to ruin his self-confidence before the games even though they are actually teammates. But later on, this only made him stronger that he was even able to win an F1 trophy.
Meanwhile, more of Michael Schumacher’s life story will be revealed to the world as a documentary film that will show his rise in the racing arena would be featured. Probably, the highlight of this movie will be Schumi’s current health condition which is expected to be revealed with the approval of his family.
