Michael Schumacher's family has been reported to have bought a mansion in Andratx, a municipality in Majorca, Spain. According to News.com.au, Corinna Schumacher bought the mansion at a value of around $35 million.

Aerial shots of the villa have been circulating which show two massive swimming pools, a compound with wide tracts of land at a comfortable distance from neighbors in the surrounding area.

Katia Rouarch, the mayor of Andratx, claims that the Schumacher family, along with F1 Legend Michael Schumacher, will be moving to the recently purchased villa. An exact date when Schumi's family will be moving to their recently purchased home in Spain has yet to be released considering the very private nature of the Schumacher family.

The private nature of the Schumacher family was requested by Corinna Schumacher and was implemented recently by the family's close friends and associates. Fans are left to speculate about the former F1 driver's life after his accident now that the family desires more privacy during his recovery.

If the statements regarding the Schumacher family moving to Andratx are confirmed, Michael Schumacher will have to leave the family home in Geneva, Switzerland, where the record-holding German driver spent his recovery period after being hospitalized and treated in France.

Michael and Corinna Schumacher already have a history with Majorca, Spain; they would sometimes spend their holidays on the island before Schumacher's skiing accident occurred. A German publication claims that Corinna had purchased the Spanish villa for both family and the entertainment of her guests.

The mansion in Majorca, Spain was previously owned by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez, who sold the mansion after his wife, Mari Angeles Sandoval, passed away.

In other news, Michael Schumacher's son, Mick Schumacher, is looking towards moving to Formula One – the sport that had made his father famous – sometime soon. ESPN reports that Mick is currently in eighth place overall in his current F3 league and has a good chance of getting competitive standings with five more rounds left in this year's season.
