Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly having their first baby today, and the Duchess is already in labor. Despite the supposed arrival of the royal baby, the Duke of Sussex will still attend the marathon in London to encourage runners and award the medals to participants.
The Sun has learned that once she goes into labor, Meghan would like to stay at home for as long as possible. The staff are on standby and ready to bring her to the Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey since the medical facility is still the safest place for her to give birth. The said hospital is only 30 minutes away from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s home in Windsor.
“It won’t be long now, and Meghan’s really excited,” the royal insider divulged. “Of course she’s nervous like any first-time mum, but she and Harry can’t wait. She has been preparing for the birth – she wants it to be as natural as possible, so she has been practicing hypnobirthing and breathing techniques with Harry.”
As everyone already knows, Meghan Markle’s mom Doria Ragland flew to Britain to be with her daughter as she gives birth. She is staying with the former “Suits” actress at the Frogmore Cottage as they prepare for the arrival of Prince Harry’s first child, The Daily Mail reported.
“It’s been a huge support having her mom by her side and now she’s just getting as much rest as she can,” the source added.
The plan for the delivery of the baby did not change. Meghan wants to give birth naturally at home with a female midwife and staff assisting her. It is yet to see if this will really be how the Duchess of Sussex will give birth today.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been secretive about the gender of their first baby. While they previously said that they do not know as well, there were speculations that the couple knows they will be having a boy.
