Meghan Markle has been quite the busy bee of late, which is only to be expected from someone who married into British royalty. However, some of the events going on in her life aren’t actually of her doing, at least not now. Reports have been coming in that cover various aspects of her life. They include a very special watch, a women’s empowerment video for the UN, and apparent emotional blackmail.
In a recent People report, the publication cited a past interview that Meghan Markle did, where she revealed that she had bought a Cartier French tank watch. This accessory is exceptional, not only because of its actual cost but because of its sentimental value. The former “Suits” actress explained at the time that she had engraved it with “To M.M. From M.M.,” so that she can pass it on to her daughter.
The new royal couple had already expressed the desire to start a family, so Meghan Markle might be able to give a little girl the heirloom soon. The Duchess of Sussex has also recently been revealed to have shot a women’s empowerment video for the UN before she met Prince Harry, Express reports.
As an advocate for women’s empowerment and a feminist, Meghan Markle had been quite active in the social awareness scene, affecting change since she was 11 years of age. Now, the former actress has become more focused on the political aspect of her passion. This could have a much more significant impact than what she was seeing before she gained her new influence.
Unfortunately for Meghan Markle, no change in life comes without its challenges, and this time, it seems to be coming from her father. Their relationship has become somewhat strained ever since the royal wedding. Now, the Duchess supposedly feels like her father is emotionally blackmailing her with his recent media appearances, Express reports.
Thomas Markle has been making the rounds on TV, expressing dismay at the royal family and his daughter. He even mentioned that it might be better if he had died, which Meghan Markle, reportedly, wishes he would stop doing.
