Meghan Markle Accused of Severing Ties with Friends, Family After Royal Wedding; Half-Sister Launches Rant

Meghan Markle married Prince Harry at St. George's Chapel just two months ago. Most members of her family were not present, especially her dad, Thomas Markle, and this created tensions and ill-feelings, according to rumors. Now, the Duchess of Sussex is being accused of turning away from her family after becoming a member of the Royal family.

Radar Online claimed that Meghan Markle dumped her American friends and family as she now prefers to hang out with titled people or other VIPs in Britain’s circle of elites. The duchess allegedly has now completely adjusted to the royal lifestyle so her friends could not reach her anymore.

The tabloid stated that they got the news from the latest podcast hosted by Rob Shuter. It was said that during the Straight Shuter! Podcast, the host alleged that Meghan Markle, the newest member of the British royal family, wants to forget her past so she is putting it all behind her. Shuter said that with this decision, “Her old friends feel a little bit dumped.”

Now, in another report, Meghan Markle’s father, Thomas, gave an interview with The Sun where he said that he thinks his daughter is "terrified" and she can see it in her eyes.

The 74-year-old also pleaded with his daughter to talk to him, revealing that since talking to her briefly after the royal wedding, he can no longer contact Meghan and does not know how to reach her.

Thomas went on to say that he is only worried about her daughter’s well-being because he can see her struggling to cope with the royal lifestyle of being Duchess of Sussex. However, most people do not believe this is his real intention for bothering her daughter.

Just a day after the interview was aired, Samantha Markle, Meghan’s half-sister, started a string of tirade via social media. She called out her younger sister and brazenly told the duchess that she would hold her responsible if their father dies.

Samantha tweeted, “How about you pay tribute to your own father?! Enough is enough. Act like a humanitarian act like a woman! If our father dies I'm holding you responsible, Meg!"

In response to this hateful rant, many people labeled Samantha as being an attention-seeker and bitter for always attacking Meghan Markle. One Twitter user commented,

“Meghan Markle’s half-sister Samantha blasts Royal Family as an ’embarrassment and cold’ and says if her dad dies it’s ‘Meg’s fault,’ does this family ever give up...total embarrassment.”
