HONG KONG, Oct. 09, 2017 -- Mau Wing Industrial Limited is pleased to announce that it has executed a $100 million prelisting financing term sheet with Milost Global Inc (the "Investor"). The financing is expected to be comprised of $50 million in equity capital and $50 million in debt. Milost will also finance the total cost of the IPO for the company on the Nasdaq. The financing was arranged and facilitated by Palewater Advisory Asia Limited in Hong Kong.
