“Madam Secretary season 5 episode 15 will bring new story when it returns after skipping a week to make way for the Academy Awards that took place on Feb. 24 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California. The upcoming episode is called “Between the Seats” and it will focus on Elizabeth as she tries to bring the US troops home.
As per CBS press release, “Madam Secretary season 5 episode 15’s synopsis reads: “Elizabeth visits the Middle East to finalize a deal to bring U.S. troops home; a woman's life is threatened by rumors of a romance with one of Elizabeth's staffers. Also, Henry provides relationship advice to Elizabeth's brother.”
Likewise, “Madam Secretary season 5 episode 15 will follow the previous “Something Better” story where a bomb goes off in Nicaragua while some people are watching the presidential residence closely. In the U.S., Liz, Russell and the POTUS discuss the rebellion in the said nation and contacted its leader to talk about the situation and probably offer some advice. However, the Nicaraguan president is not interested or open for discussion.
The POTUS then contacted the Nicaraguan president’s father because he may be able to convince him to accept help and advise. The president of the U.S. attempts to push the former president of Nicaragua by talking about saving the citizens if he will just reach out to his son.
