(“SCA”) has partnered with the physician members of Surgery Center of Athens (SCOA) in Athens, GA, effective December 1, 2015. The partnership operates an ambulatory surgical facility that represents an important access point for high quality, low cost surgical services in Athens and the surrounding region. This transaction expands SCA’s presence in Georgia to three locations and aligns SCA with an additional thirteen high-quality physicians.
