“Law & Order: SVU” Season 20 Episode 17 will return with a brand new story following a brief hiatus. The upcoming chapter has been titled “Missing” as it suggests, the SVU team will deal with cases of missing people, children in particular.
As per IMDb, “Law & Order: SVU” Season 20 Episode 17’s synopsis simply reads: “The SVU pursues a suspect when a child is discovered in the trunk of an abandoned car.” This is a kidnapping case and the agents will launch a probe to see what happened to the child.
Based in the “Law & Order: SVU” Season 20 Episode 17 trailer, the child who was found in the trunk is afraid to talk about how she got into the car’s trunk. Thus, the SVU team proceeded to investigate.
The probe revealed shocking details and this made the abduction incident in “Law & Order: SVU” Season 20 Episode 17 more mysterious and complicated. The good thing is that after a meticulous search, the team finally has a lead and will no pursue a suspect.
Then again, even if they catch the suspect, there is still a chance that he is not the real culprit so the team could go back to square one if that happens. At any rate, while deep into the investigation, the team was flabbergasted to find a skull of a child, apparently buried somewhere to hide the crime and this is what made the “Law & Order: SVU” Season 20 Episode 17’s plot complicated and serious.
Meanwhile, “Law & Order: SVU” Season 20 Episode 17 will pick up from the last story called “Facing Demons.” In this episode, Olivia Benson asked her former boyfriend Brian Cassidy for help in a molestation case. It was suggested that there is a reason why Benson approached her ex for help.
“Law & Order: SVU” Season 20 Episode 17 will air on March 14 on NBC Network. Check out the trailer below:
