In “Last Man Standing” season 7 episode 11, viewers will witness a couple of grown-up guys pranking another man. This time, the perpetrators would be Kyle (Christoph Sanders) and Chuck (Jonathan Adams) while the victim is going to be Ed (Hector Elizondo).
“Last Man Standing” season 7 episode 11 will not air until a couple of weeks into 2019. So, unfortunately, teasers are still scarce. But the official synopsis (via CarterMatt) has been released confirming that Ed will once again be at the center of the jokes.
Over the past year, there has been hype in taking DNA tests specifically to learn a person’s ancestry. It appears that Ed will be taking the same test in “Last Man Standing” season 7 episode 11. Unfortunately, the result seems to end up in the hands of Kyle and Chuck before Ed even sees it. Of course, Kyle and Chuck will not pass on the chance to mess with Ed.
Meanwhile, one of the new faces welcomed in the show in 2018 is the foreign exchange student named Jen (Kristen Marie Yu). She and her father Henry (Francois Chau) had a brief appearance in “Last Man Standing” season 7 episode 5. While political differences between the men almost prevented Jen’s stay at the Baxter home, Vanessa (Nancy Travis) eventually got what he wanted with Mike’s (Tim Allen) support.
Fans may recall that Jen is supposed to start living with the Baxters in “the next semester” which helps explain her return in “Last Man Standing” season 7 episode 11. While Mike is somehow on board in hosting Jen, it does not necessarily mean they would immediately have a good relationship.
“Last Man Standing” season 7 episode 11 is titled “Common Ground” and it is just what Mike and Jen need to find. The Baxter patriarch will have some issues after he realizes that Jen might be pressured to “being too polite with him.”
On the other hand, Jen will not have a hard time bonding with Vanessa in “Last Man Standing” season 7 episode 11. Their similarities were heavily highlighted in episode 5, which makes Jen the perfect guest to their home. Catch Jen’s return on Friday, Jan. 11, at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
