(NASDAQ:KURA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of precision medicines for oncology, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, to issue and sell up to 5,300,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, Kura Oncology expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 795,000 shares of its common stock.
