Ramsey, NJ, Oct. 26, 2017 -- Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta), a leader in technology and IT services, today debuted its Managed Voice service offering as part of its All Covered IT Services portfolio. This announcement comes on the heels of the company’s acquisition of Indiana-based TLS.NET, a Managed IT Services company that specializes in voice, cloud and IT solutions.

The new Managed Voice service transforms how businesses communicate and collaborate via one platform, one bill, and one point of contact for their telecommunication needs. Additionally, it offers greater flexibility, lower maintenance and increased features over traditional phone lines at a reduced cost.
The All Covered Managed Voice portfolio includes SIP Trunking and Hosted Private Branch Exchange (PBX) services to account for various telecommunication needs. SIP Trunking is a cost-effective alternative for customers looking to keep their current phone system. Hosted PBX, on the other hand, helps businesses move their voice technology to the cloud for greater scalability and flexibility via customized, advanced features that require minimal maintenance.
The new solution is compatible with a wide range of phone services and can be tailored for distinct customer needs – an important feature in Konica Minolta’s mission to create greater value for all customers around the globe.
“We’re very happy to introduce Managed Voice to existing and new customers nationwide leveraging the expertise of an industry veteran like TLS.NET,” said Todd Croteau, President of All Covered. “All Covered is a trusted Managed IT services partner among businesses and now we’re proud to enhance our portfolio with Managed Voice, a core asset in our Workplace of the FutureÔ portfolio.”
