SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 15, 2017 -- Kona Grill, Inc. (NASDAQ:KONA), an American grill and sushi bar, announced the opening of its first international franchise location at Fashion Drive in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico on August 14, 2017.
The new restaurant is located in Fashion Drive, a new luxury mall that offers sophisticated, high fashion brands and entertainment. The four-level mall features over 80 retailers, 8 restaurants, an upscale movie theater, bowling lanes, a health center and a 240-room hotel. Fashion Drive is an all-encompassing center that features a level catering to exclusivity with brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Ferragamo, Armani and many others. The restaurant is the company’s first international franchise location and the first in Mexico. It features signature Kona elements such as a large outdoor patio, bar, dining room, exhibition kitchen and sushi bar.
