Bliss takes on this new role after most recently serving as president of Associa branches Homeside Properties in Georgia and Association Services in South Carolina. He began his community association management career in 1971 and joined Associa shortly after its inception in 1979. Bliss has served as president for Associa branches in Michigan, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.
