The upcoming episode, titled “The Ex Files,” Kris attempts to fix her relationship with Caitlyn. The episode will also feature Kim as she tries to convince Khloe to hold on to memoirs of her past love interests by keeping them in a box. Kardashian sisters will also make it their duty to protect their brother, Rob, after he endures another fight with girlfriend Blac Chyna.
A clip for the new episode posted on E! Online shows Kris and Caitlyn meeting up in the kitchen. She watches Caitlyn in amusement as the latter fumbles with her phone. Kris talks about meeting Caitlyn during a confessional scene.
Kris says, “Caitlyn’s over for a glass of wine and just to chat, and to drop her book off. I think it’s a really positive step in a great direction.” In the next scene, Kris and Caitlyn are exchanging small talk when they get into an argument about a gun Caitlyn bought since she admitted that she’s living alone with no security.
Kris reminds her that when she moved out she didn’t want to bring anything else from the house. Caitlyn explains that the only problem she has with the gun is the fact that the weapon is still registered in her old name, Bruce. Eventually, Caitlyn insisted that they talk about something else besides old issues.
When Cailtyn asks Kris about anything else going on with her life, Kris begins by saying that she wishes she didn’t have to work too hard. Caitlyn then invites Kris to visit her at her house whenever she needs a break from her hectic life. Although there is still clear tension between the two, they proceed to lightheartedly talk about Caitlyn’s journey to real self-identity.
According to US Magazine, the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch also had trouble accepting Caitlyn’s depiction of her in her new memoir, “The Secrets of My Life.” In another clip from episode 7, Kris expressed her frustrations to daughters Kim and Khloe. She exclaimed, "I read it and basically the only nice thing she had to say was that I was great socially at a party one time.”
Kim replied, “But yet, he stayed married to you the longest. So, it doesn't make sense.” Kris reacts saying, “None of it makes sense… Everything she says is all made up. Why does everything have to be that Kris is such a bitch and an a--hole?"
