Prince William and Kate Middleton want a fourth child as per a report. The couple expressed their desire to give Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis a new sibling, so the news of pregnancy may come soon.

The Duke and Duchess preparing for another baby?

According to Us Weekly, a royal insider divulged that the Duchess of Cambridge said that she “would love to have one more child” with the Duke. Kate and William love spending time with their kids, and it has always been a great pleasure when they get to have time together despite their hectic schedule in fulfillment for their royal duties.

“They love playing together and being creative,” the source added. “Painting, baking, and building things are all activities they enjoy, and now that Louis’ a bit older, he gets involved too.”

The report suggests since Prince William and his wife love kids and they find joy in raising them, they want another one as the more kids they have, the happier their family will be. Then again, Kensington Palace has yet to comment on this claim.

Pregnancy rumors

Before it was reported that Kate Middleton would like to have another child, the rumors that she is already pregnant have been circulating for a long time already. Various media outlets in the U.K. constantly write that there are signs that the Duchess is pregnant, and an example is her hand gesture of unconsciously touching her belly.

The palace never addressed these rumors, but whether it is true or not, it should be noted that the royal family follows a rule when announcing royal pregnancies. Kate and Prince William can’t personally reveal that they are expecting, and this is another reason why it may take some time before the official announcement is done.

Cosmopolitan reported that usually, mothers-to-be in the royal household must wait for 12 weeks to past before sharing the news to the family. Once the news has been shared, it is only then that the palace will announce an official statement. Thus, when Kate Middleton and Prince William finally conceived their fourth child, the good news will be revealed when the duchess’ baby bump is already visible.
