Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux called it quits this year and there followed reports that the separation has had a negative impact on the latter’s career. It was said that after his split with the actress, his career spiraled down as Hollywood reportedly discarded him.
In order to get his career back on track, it was reported that Justin Theroux is begging Jennifer Aniston to forgive him. He is supposedly apologizing for the things that he did, for their divorce and everything else that he had done which offended his ex-wife.
As per Heat (via Gossip Cop), after his and Jen’s divorce was announced, Justin Theroux is now being snubbed by and getting the silent treatment from his ex-wife’s A-list friends. It was added that after Justin and Jen completely cut contact with each other, the actor also started to lose many potential roles in movies and dramas.
The paper claimed that Justin Theroux is now desperate to make amends with Jennifer Aniston since he is really feeling the rejection in Hollywood. He wants to be on the good side again so he is taking steps to achieve this, supposedly.
“Justin has started to become desperate for peace talks between him and Jen, as he fears the walls are closing in on him in Hollywood thanks to her giving him the cold shoulder,” a source allegedly told the tabloid.
Gossip Cop has stated that this report is false. The fact-checking website firmly declared that this is just one of those fabricated stories about Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux.
The publication explained that the story is not true because, in the first place, Justin Theroux’s career is not going downhill. He is not being snubbed in Hollywood or by Jen’s friends. In fact, he has two major projects, in co-starring roles, that are about to be released this December.
The actor is part of “Bumblebee,” the “Transformers” spinoff movie, and the biopic of Ruth Bader Ginsburg titled “On the Basis of Sex.” The Hollywood Reporter also reported that Justin has been tapped to voice Tramp in Disney’s “Lady and the Tramp” which will be out in theaters next year.
Lastly, Justin Theroux already revealed that his breakup with Jennifer Aniston was not bitter. Opening up for the first time about his split with the famous actress, he told The New York Times in September that their separation was the most gentle and there was no animosity.
He added, "Again, neither one of us is dead, neither one of us is looking to throw hatchets at each other. It's more like, it's amicable and we respected each other enough that it was as painless as it could be."
