WALTHAM, Mass., Aug. 04, 2017 -- Interleukin Genetics, Inc. (OTCQB:ILIU) today announced it has filed a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in furtherance of its plan to delist and deregister its securities in order to obtain relief from its reporting obligations under the Exchange Act and preserve capital for shareholders and the satisfaction of debtors.
The Company announced on July 25, 2017, that it would begin the process of delisting and deregistering its securities. The Company intends to file a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about August 14, 2017 in order to complete the delisting and deregistration process commonly referred to as “going dark.”
