In 2016, the InfluenceHR Awards looked at two factors — brand power and brand velocity — across five categories, as well as recognizing the hottest new HR startup. The winners included:
- Brand Power: Ultimate Software (HCM); Cornerstone OnDemand (Learning); Virgin Pulse (Employee Engagement); Indeed (Talent Acquisition); and Willis Towers Watson (Benefits)
- Brand Velocity: Bamboo HR (HCM); Degreed (Learning); Sodexo (Employee Engagement); Lever (Talent Acquisition); and Maestro Health (Benefits)
- Hottest New HR Startup: LifeDojo
This year’s InfluenceHR Awards are shaking things up and looking to see who has achieved the highest level of creative excellence to not only survive in HCM tech marketing, but to distinctly stand out in the areas of brand, advertising, and promotion. The number of awards will be determined by the judges based on the caliber of the work received in each category.
Best in Show awards will be given to the top overall creative campaigns. The winners’ work will be displayed in the Portfolio Hall during InfluenceHR at The Venetian® Las Vegas, Oct. 9–10, 2017.
