IOTA- Blockchain for the Internet of Things

IOTA's Tangle is an open, feeless, and scalable distributed ledger, designed to support frictionless data and value transfer. It is the first distributed ledger built for the "Internet of Everything" - a network for exchanging value and data between humans and machines.

The core of IOTA lies in the Tangle, a structure where new transactions validate previous ones, in contrast to the typical blockchain used by most DLTs. Blocks can be attached at any point in a graph of interconnected blocks, pointing in one direction,  forming a Directed Acyclic graph. It helps in parallel processing and stream processing.

IOTA Protocol Architecture -

It consists of a network layer-  It is a network of nodes that exchange the data necessary for everything to function.

Communication layer- It regulates the blocks that build the Tangle and is handled by the modules that control the flow of information.

Application layer- The contents of blocks and their payloads are handled by the Application layer.

In IOTA, each node plays a role in consensus. IOTA tokens can be staked and delegated to participate in consensus to earn rewards in the form of Mana.

Validators are a vital part of the IOTA 2.0 protocol that upholds the integrity and security of the DLT system by validating transactions and maintaining consensus. Anyone who runs a node can become a validator through a one-time registration process. Validators' main roles are

Regular block issue

Correct voting

The size of the reward depends on the size of the validator's stake, the rate at which they issued validation blocks, and how much voting power was delegated to them by third parties.

IOTUSD surged more than 100% in the past three weeks. It holds above the short-term (21 and 55 EMA) and above the long-term moving average. It hit a high of $0.420 and is currently trading around $0.404.

The bullish invalidation can happen if the pair closes below $0.120. On the lower side, the near-term support is $0.300. Any break below targets $0.240/$0.200/$0.148. Any breach below $0.120 targets $0.10.

The pair's near-term resistance is around $0.50. Any breach above confirms minor bullishness. A jump to $0.56/$0.60 is possible. A surge past $0.60 will take it to $0.70/$0.750.

.

It is good to buy on dips around $0.300 with SL around $0.20 for TP of $0.60.
