“Hunter X Hunter” Chapter 387 will continue with the unfolding conflict between the princes and the succession war brewing among them. While there hasn’t been anyone who’s heavily speculated to win the war, Tserriednich seems to be ahead of the pact.
The previous chapter saw Tserriednich learning Nen abilities at an accelerated rate. Although he’s been only at it for one week, the prince has exhibited immense potential to become an extremely powerful Nen user. What’s more, even with limited training, his Nen beast has already appeared. “Hunter X Hunter” Chapter 387 will probably reveal the real power of Tserriednich since it’s still a mystery how he managed to dodge Theta’s gunshot at a point-blank range, OtakuKart reported.
Theta has already been warned by the prince’s guardian beast that if she falsely answers Tserriednich again, she will cease to be human and be transformed into something else. Indeed, the beast has already marked Theta following her failed assassination. One question that fans are hoping to get an answer to in “Hunter X Hunter” Chapter 387 is why the beast spared Theta rather than kill her on the spot.
It would have made much more sense if the beast killed her since it already knows that Theta is a turncoat. Meanwhile, Kurapika is still hard at work training the bodyguards in order for them to equal their contemporaries and better protect Woble, the 14th prince. “Hunter X Hunter” Chapter 387 is also set to expound on this and might provide some insight into the powers of the other guards.
Kurapika explained to the group that keeping their powers a secret is an essential advantage on their part because then enemies will think twice before engaging them. Indeed, fans have already seen how effective this is when the abilities of Kurapika and Chrollo were unveiled. But given that these guards are but secondary characters, their powers wouldn’t be portrayed as something extremely powerful, if manga creator Yoshihiro Togashi does decide to reveal them in “Hunter X Hunter” Chapter 387 on Nov. 5.
