Google Play Store is no longer offering downloads of Huawei Health, which could only be availed of through an unsecured sideload or by getting Huawei's App Gallery first.
However, the app is still available in Apple's App Store and Samsung's Galaxy Store.
The Huawei Health App records users' activities in over 100 different sports, from beginner to advanced levels.
The last version of the app was the one released in 2020, which ran until October of last year. It didn't have support for Huawei's latest wearables, like the Band 7.
People were already using the App Gallery variant, which is up to date.
Those who need to download Huawei Health should follow Huawei’s instructions page.
It’s also suggested that the App Gallery, Huawei's HarmonyOS app store, be installed first to keep the app up-to-date.
