PETERSBURG, Fla., March 10, 2016 -- Leading live content retailer HSN is celebrating all things culinary this spring with an interactive 24-Hour HSN Cooks event on Sunday, March 13, the launch of celebrity chef Anne Burrell and the premiere of HSN’s first culinary series featuring world renowned chef Donatella Arpaia of the Food Network’s Iron Chef – The Saturday Morning Market with Donatella.
Spicing up kitchens across America, HSN will be hosting its own live ‘Farmer’s Market’ with the launch of an all-new cooking series on April 2: The Saturday Morning Market with Donatella, featuring celebrity chef Donatella Arpaia. Airing the first Saturday of every month (8-10 a.m. ET), Donatella will highlight in-season ingredients while showing customers how to incorporate them into recipes at home. The new series will also serve as a platform to introduce new celebrity chef partners and innovative food brands to HSN’s impressive roster. Esteemed celebrity chef and restaurateur Geoffrey Zakarian will kick-off the series on April 2, alongside Donatella Arpaia, with the debut of his latest cookbook, My Perfect Pantry.

HSN will invite home cooks to tap into their inner chef and join All Star Academy star and celebrity chef, Curtis Stone, Restaurant: Impossible host, Robert Irvine, and ‘Bionic Chef’ and Montana Mex founder, Eduardo Garcia, during HSN’s bi-annual 24-Hour HSN Cooks. For the first time ever, a selection of HSN customers will be chosen to join each chef on-air for a personal cooking lesson during the live event. Curtis Stone will be leading the first interactive cooking lesson at 10 a.m. (ET), followed by Robert Irvine at 12 p.m. (ET) and Eduardo Garcia at 5 p.m. (ET). Shoppers will also be able to shop exclusive items from celebrity chef Lorena Garcia’s Lorena Bella Kitchen Collection.
The 24-Hour Cooks event will also feature the launch of former personal chef to Oprah Winfrey, Art Smith, who will be introducing his smartbowl systemTM, food editor of ABC’s Good Morning America, Sara Moulton, who will be preparing recipes from her latest cookbook Sara Moulton’s Home Cooking, celebrity chef and restaurateur, Graham Elliot, will debut his cookbook Cooking Like a Master Chef. The HSN Cooks event will begin with a special preview at 11 p.m. (ET) on Saturday, March 12.
HSN is adding a flair of rock star to its celebrity chef roster with the launch of Food Network star Anne Burrell on March 18th. Anne Burrell’s Corvex Collection on HSN features a line of professional, chef-grade cookware with a double coated ceramic non-stick interior that helps distribute heat evenly throughout the base. Consumers can shop her 7-Piece Cookware Set ($159.95) and 9” Fry Pan ($29.95) on HSN, beginning March 18.
In partnership with the Food Network’s Chopped, HSN will launch an exclusive line of Chopped branded kitchen tools to streamline the cooking experience for home cooks on May 6 and 7, featuring celebrity chef and Chopped alum Marc Murphy who educate consumers on how to use the products while sharing exclusive recipes.
