Gwen Stefani is rumored to be carrying a child and that it is a miracle baby since she is already 49 years old. It was claimed that Blake Shelton and Gwen conceived the child through an IVF treatment.
The story was reported by OK! Magazine earlier this year. The tabloid claimed that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are so desperate to have a child that they willingly spent around $230,000 on medical procedures. There was not much success but when they tried to go for the third round of IVF, they reportedly finally did it.
OK! stated that the details were revealed to them by a “source” and further tried to prove its claim by mentioning that the “Hollaback Girl” singer has been spotted wearing loose clothing on many occasions.
“Gwen is giving every indication that’s she’s pregnant, and it looks like she may already have a baby bump,” the source allegedly said. “This is the miracle they’ve been praying for.”
A close friend of the couple also supposedly confirmed that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are having a girl and they are so happy. What’s more, the couple was said to have picked a name for the unborn child too.
Now, Gossip Cop debunked this story after some investigation into the rumor. The publication stated that this is a non-sense report without “real” identifiable sources.
It also pointed out that OK! could not even mention a due date and just tried to convince readers by posting quotations that were supposedly told to them by “insiders.” Moreover, the details are vague and they cannot claim that Gwen and Blake already chose a name for the baby when they cannot specify what the name is.
Gossip Cop reiterated that this is a fabricated story that they have already debunked a couple of times in the past. Lastly, it pointed out that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are not married yet and they are not planning to have a baby. In fact, both singers are busy with their concert tours.
