A massive windstorm is about to hit Seattle in “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 8. According to the official episode synopsis, the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital is going to be swamped with patients due to the storm. And while the doctors are stressed out, Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo (Camilla Luddington) are stuck at home so they decide to make the most of this time together by having a second honeymoon.
Titled “Blowin’ in the Wind," “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 8 will also feature Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) having a little chat with Richard (James Pickens Jr.) as she tells him to get his life back on track. Aside from that, not much is known about the episode’s plot, but more details will emerge in the coming weeks.
In other news, Pompeo has confirmed that the “Grey's Anatomy” is coming back for a 16th season since the show’s lead character isn’t going anywhere. "My contract is until season 16, and so I'm completely obligated to do season 16," Pompeo said in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres (transcribed by Digital Spy). "And you know, these numbers, there's just no end in sight with streaming and the show is so popular."
Pompeo actually sent mixed signals about “Grey's Anatomy’s” future in the issue of Entertainment Weekly that came out last month. "I'm clearly not prepared right now to make any formal announcement about what my future is on the show, but I am really feeling like we have told the majority of the stories that we can tell," she said, via Digital Spy. "It's about time that I mix it up. I'm definitely looking for a change."
Pompeo’s statement at that time made fans nervous, but the series is not ending anytime soon. The show continues to air every Thursday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. Don’t forget to check it out “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 8 when it airs on Nov. 15.
