“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 4 is setting up the stage for Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and her journey of finding a genuine relationship she can deeply commit into. Showrunner Krista Vernoff previously hinted that the Grey Sloan resident will have to “put herself out there” in order to find that one person she is truly compatible with.
And it seems that the first step on this path will start in “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 4, as hinted at by its synopsis. According to the logline, Meredith will catch a lot of attention in her workplace as she is dolled up for her blind date, which was set up in the previous episode, Carter Matt reported.
Aside from buying clothes and getting herself ready for the meeting, Meredith is also conditioning herself emotionally for what’s to come. The teaser clip for this installment showed that Meredith will have a sexual encounter somewhere in the season and “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 4 is gearing up for this development.
In the footage, Meredith can be seen getting steamy under the sheets with DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti). At first, some fans speculated that the scene could only be a dream sequence. However, Vernoff already confirmed that it will, in fact, happen. Will this development occur in “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 4?
The possibility is there, although there’s no certainty of it at the moment. What’s likely going to happen is that Vernoff will use “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 4 to create sexual tension between Meredith and a certain character. Who this character will be remains to be seen and it could very much be DeLuca.
But it could also be someone else as Vernoff said that Meridith will have to go through several guys before she can finally meet the one destined for her. And since this upcoming episode is a crossover, there are a lot of chances of her meeting someone outside Grey Sloan. “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 4 is titled “Momma Knows Best” and is slated to air on Oct. 11.
