“Godzilla: King of the Monsters” is the upcoming blockbuster sequel to the first film that featured Bryan Cranston and Ken Watanabe. In this film, the legendary movie monster will be facing off against other icons in the same genre. They won’t be coming one at a time, either. Practically all of Godzilla’s famous enemies will be rushing at him in the same film. Someone who caught a glimpse of the result is saying that fans are simply not ready for the outcome.
The latest person to jump behind and install a jet booster to the “Godzilla: King of the Monsters” hype train is screenwriter C. Robert Cargill. In a recent Tweet, he basically praised the film to the high heavens, effectively saying that viewers are not ready for what is to come. It would appear that he was given a peek at the final product and it is reportedly glorious.
“This is just your reminder that I have seen parts of GODZILLA KING OF MONSTERS while watching it get scored, and all I can tell you is that you guys are not f****ng ready,” the Tweet reads.
This is just your reminder that I have seen parts of GODZILLA KING OF MONSTERS while watching it get scored, and all I can tell you is that you guys are not fucking ready.

Of course, it isn’t uncommon for others in the same industry to praise the work of others, but it usually happens after the film is out. Then again, Cargill and the director of “Godzilla: King of the Monsters,” Mike Dougherty are friends. This could explain why he seems to be quite enthusiastic about the monster movie.
On the other hand, it could simply be because “Godzilla: King of the Monsters” really is just that good and if this is the case, fans will have plenty to be happy about. The first film in the rebooted franchise received mixed reviews, but it seemed to have done well enough to merit a sequel. This particular film is set to premiere in May 2019.
