“Goblin Slayer” Episode 10 is not going to feature a lot of action sequences as the previous episode recently completed their biggest job yet. It ended with Orcbolg saying that he’s interested in making ice cream of all things.

Of course, the priestess, dwarf, and lizardmen wanted to have a taste of it with the elven archer reluctantly agreeing to tag along. Although nothing has been confirmed just yet, fans are expecting that “Goblin Slayer” Episode 10 will feature the Farm Battle that the anime skipped from its source.

Indeed, if the people at White Fox does decide to feature this storyline in the next episode, it blends well with how the previous episode ended. Orcbolg is coming home from a harrowing quest and is set to take a few days of rest at the farm. While there, he might do some mundane tasks before eventually finding tracks of goblins who have been through the area. And since he always scouts the farm for potential threats, “Goblin Slayer” Episode 10 can end the story by having Orcbolg admit he couldn’t handle the impending battle alone.

“Goblin Slayer” Episode 11 should then transition nicely to the titular character asking for help at the Guild. After a little convincing, everyone who wishes to aid Orcbolg goes to the farm to make preparations. The first half of the conflict can then be depicted and the second part ending with Orcbolg disposing the Goblin Lord on this installment’s finale. Of course, this is merely speculation at this point and “Goblin Slayer” Episode 10 might very well tell a different plotline.

If this happens, however, White Fox would be doing its fans a disservice since the Farm Battle is one of the most popular arcs in the manga. As for when “Goblin Slayer” Episode 10 will be released, it’s slated to air on Dec. 8 and is titled “Dozing.”
