BOSTON, Sept. 25, 2017 -- GSX Solutions, the leading provider of monitoring and management solutions for messaging, collaboration, and mobility applications, today announced Gary Steere as new chief technology officer (CTO) to lead the company's product roadmap to further enhance Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) for end users. Steere has joined the company earlier this year as Vice President, Americas. He is one of an elite group of individuals worldwide who is both a Microsoft MVP and a Microsoft Certified Master.
"Gary's deep knowledge of GSX Solutions and the broader market will be an asset to the company's future growth in the Digital Experience Monitoring space," said Antoine Leboyer, President and CEO of GSX. "As an expert in the Microsoft Exchange field, Steere's perspective and leadership will help GSX's customers to manage a positive end user experience in complex hybrid environments."
"GSX is leading the pack when it comes to Digital Experience Monitoring, providing unique insights to administrators in both on-premises and cloud environments," commented Gary Steere, CTO of GSX Solutions. "We are filling a void. Large systems are designed to monitor network, servers, and on-premise applications only. They do not provide end-user experience measurement of Office 365 services, and therefore do not provide any correlation between internal IT issues and the user experience. The small SaaS providers are unable to measure the end-user experience, because they are unable to reproduce actions like the GSX Robot User."
Steere has nearly 20 years of experience in technology. He has held director-level positions in a variety of roles ranging from product management and long-term strategy to leading service and delivery teams.
Gary Steere will represent GSX Solutions at Microsoft Ignite, September 25-29, 2017 at GSX booth Booth 1165 or and at Microsoft 'Experience 2017' in Palais des Congrès, Paris on October 3-4, 2017 (Formerly called Techdays Paris) at GSX Booth #37.
