- Australia: Consumer price index rose 1 percent y/y in second quarter. RBA trimmed mean CPI rose 1.7 percent y/y in second quarter.
Upcoming:
- Germany: Import price index for June will be released at 6:00 GMT. Prior -5.5 percent. GFK consumer confidence will be released along.
- Switzerland: UBS consumption indicator will be released at 6:00 GMT.
- France: Producer prices and consumer confidence will be released at 6:45 GMT.
- Spain: Retail sales for June will be released at 7:00 GMT. Prior 2.3 percent.
- Italy: Consumer and business confidence will be released at 8:00 GMT.
- Eurozone: Private loans and money supply data will be released at 8:00 GMT.
- United Kingdom: Second quarter GDP flash reading will be released at 8:30 GMT. CBI distributive trade survey report will be released at 10:00 GMT.
- United States: MBA mortgage applications data will be released at 11:00 GMT, followed by Durable goods orders at 12:30 GMT and pending home sales report at 14:00 GMT. EIA will release crude oil inventory report at 14:30 GMT. FOMC will announce monetary policy decision at 18:00 GMT.
