Data released so far:

  • Japan: Leading economic index declined to 104.4 in March and Coincident index rose to 116.3.

Upcoming:

  • Germany: GFK consumer confidence report will be released at 6:00 GMT, along with Q1 GDP.
     
  • France: Business climate report will be released at 6:45 GMT.
     
  • United States: Fed’s Dudley is set for a speech at 7:00 GMT. Weekly jobless claims report will be released at 12:30 GMT, along with House price report and existing home sales report. EIA will release weekly natural gas inventory report at 14:30 GMT. FOMC member Bostic is set for a speech at 14:35 GMT. Kansas Fed manufacturing activity report will be released at 15:00 GMT. FOMC member Harker is set for a speech at 18:00 GMT.
     
  • United Kingdom: BoE governor Carney is set for a speech at 8:00 GMT. Retail sales report will be released at 8:30 GMT.
     
  • Eurozone: ECB’s Praet is set for a speech at 8:30 GMT. ECB will release minutes of the last monetary policy meeting at 11:30 GMT.
     
  • Japan: Tokyo inflation report will be released at 23:30 GMT.
