FxWirePro: Asian markets mixed, gold stabilizes above $1,280 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on Wednesday. Gold was trading around $1,283 mark while silver was trading around $15.35 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.08 pct higher at 20,640.50 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.30 pct lower at 5,842.40 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 0.2 pct at 2,575.26 points and China's CSI300 index to open down 0.2 pct at 3,136.10 points.

Taiwanese stock was trading around 0.60 percent lower at 9,835.45 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.06 pct higher at 27,021.25 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.40 percent higher at 2,125.55 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.03 percent lower at 10,920.58 points while BSE Sensex was trading 0.11 points lower at 36,404.11 points.
