“Frozen 2” is almost here, and as the day of its release approaches, fans are getting more excited as ever. This is understandable since they have been waiting for the follow-up for more than five years.
With two weeks left before it arrives, many details have already been posted online. Disney and some of the lead cast also shared some spoilers and hints at what the viewers will see in “Frozen 2.” some posters and trailers were also released, and they all provided vital clues on what will happen next in the story of Anna and Elsa.
Confirmation of plot predictions
Moreover, the best thing that the teasers offered so far was the confirmation of some plot predictions. There were many suggestions about where the story of Elsa will go in “Frozen 2.” There were odd guesses as well, such as Elsa will be shown with a girlfriend, which means she is a lesbian.
There was also a popular belief that “Frozen 2” will be about rescuing Elsa and Anna’s parents. It was suggested that King Agnarr and Queen Iduna, the former monarchs of Arendelle, are alive, and it is up to their daughters to find out the truth about what happened to them and where they are.
But then again, these theories and predictions were debunked when “Frozen 2’s” full trailer showed Elsa, Anna, and their friends on a journey to the enchanted forest. It was clear that they embarked on the dangerous trip to find out where Queen Elsa got her powers from and why. On top of this, their journey will also save Arendelle.
Advance ticket sales
Meanwhile, it was revealed that “Frozen 2” recorded the highest ticket sales on the first day of pre-selling that was made through Fandango and Atom Tickets. Forbes reported that the animated film sold most of the tickets available within 24 hours of the scheduled presales.
With this result, “Frozen 2” landed on the top three in the list of movies with the highest ticket sales on the first day of advanced selling. The other two animations are “Toy Story 4″ and the “Incredibles 2.” It is now expected that the movie will be a blockbuster once it is released in theaters.
“Frozen 2” will be out in cinemas on Nov. 22.
